These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vaniqo — the website vaniqo.in, its learning resources, and its live lessons (the "Service"). Vaniqo is operated by Manya Sharma, a sole proprietor trading as Vaniqo ("Vaniqo", "we", "us"), GSTIN 09OBUPS7236H1ZH, based in Uttar Pradesh, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Vaniqo helps you learn Hindi online. Depending on your plan and purchases, the Service may include a free Devanagari script trainer, self-study resources, and live one-to-one video lessons with a Vaniqo tutor. Lessons are provided by Vaniqo; we set the prices, and you buy everything on Vaniqo directly from us.
Some purchases give you credits to book live one-to-one lessons; booking a lesson reserves your tutor's time for you alone. How rescheduling, cancelling, and credits work is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Vaniqo is an educational service — we work hard to help you learn, but we cannot guarantee any particular result, score, or level of fluency.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card details. You are purchasing from Vaniqo, not from a third-party seller. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Vaniqo and its content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own learning. Embedded third-party media remains its owner's.
The Service relies on third parties to function — for example Razorpay for payments and a video provider for live lessons. Using those features may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights you may have where you live.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the law; on closure, unused access may end, and any refund follows the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may update these Terms or the Service. We'll post changes on this page and update the date above; where a change is significant we'll give notice by reasonable means.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable rights you have in your country of residence, the courts at Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over disputes.
