Vaniqo sells digital services and online lessons only. There are no physical products, and nothing is shipped by post or courier — everything is delivered online.
How and when you receive what you buy
- Digital access — the free Devanagari script trainer, the self-study lessons, and Basic/Plus subscription features are activated immediately after your payment is confirmed, in your account at vaniqo.in/account.
- Live 1-on-1 lessons are delivered online by video at the date and time you book with your tutor. You join from your account; there is nothing to ship or deliver physically.
- Because delivery is fully online, there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses, or delivery timelines beyond the immediate access described above.
Where we deliver
Vaniqo is available to learners worldwide over the internet, subject to applicable law. Prices are shown in your local currency before you buy.
If something doesn't work
If you can't access what you paid for, email support@vaniqo.inand we'll put it right promptly. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
